… Practice makes Better

I’ve been consistent at the gym for about 8 months now. There’s a gym in the building where I live so by consistent, I mean, so long as I’m not travelling, I’ll be at the gym 3 times a week at least. Some weeks, 7 days.

The best thing about it? It’s seeing the capacity of my body to stretch. It’s seeing me – little by little – being able to lift weights I couldn’t in the past. 

The gym is my me-time that leaves me feeling super refreshed. It gives me this adrenaline that leaves me feeling like a super hero, but more than anything, it’s the one thing in life where I can directly see the impact of consistency.

That’s why I go back every other day.
